Ralph Coverdale:

Ralph Coverdale (1918–1975) founded Coverdale in 1965, having developed innovative approaches to leadership and collaboration that were far ahead of their time.

He recognized that people in all kinds of leadership positions have a vital role to play in shaping and transforming organizational culture. The development of relevant, practical leadership skills and behaviours remains at the core of our work to this day. Ralph Coverdale’s visionary approaches are timeless and continue to provide guidance for the complex challenges of leadership and collaboration in today’s world.

Coverdale International consists of independent, locally managed teams, each operating as an autonomous company.
